may I know the ONEXOX Black rm10.06 how long does it keep and how much can calls and data can be carry forward ?

How many months can the free call and data keep and how many minutes and GB can be keep ? and carry forward

Onexox Black10 gets you monthly 1GB + 20 minutes. Maximum 100GB data can carry forward. Minutes and sms no limit.

onexox black is postpaid, so you get to carry forward as long as the monthly bill is paid. there is no validity.

Onexox Black B10 with RM10.60 monthly basic commitment @ 1 GB data + 20 minutes voice call.

Maximum carry forward for data 100 GB and no limit carry forward for minutes voice call and sms.

Make sure you pay your bill or you'll be "BARRED" from using your data,voice call and sms no matter how much you carried forward.

Can an expatriate with a work visa apply for onexox black esim MNP?

I have been trying since yesterday but after filling in all my details, in the next page for payment, I do not get any option to make the payment. ONly the TAC button is available.


Although, I tried filling in the information for the normal onexoxblack mnp, and through that I was able to find the payment option?

what is going on?. can anyone help please?

Hi. I got a question on the season pass. Yesterday i open 1GB from my season pass and now left 100mb. Can i open another 1Gb before the 100mb finish?

Must finish it first. Or you can choose option to add on data but the data expiry date wouldn't change. It follow the original date.

I tried press add on data. It doesnt deduct from season pass.
Can show the steps here? Thx

a. To subscribe 5GB add-on data volume: Key in DATA< space >ADD< space >5GB and send to 23388/22111
b. To subscribe 1GB add-on data volume: Key in DATA< space >ADD< space >1GB and send to 23388/22111
c. To subscribe 500MB add-on data volume: Key in DATA< space >ADD< space >500MB and send to 23388/22111
d. To subscribe 100MB add-on data volume: Key in DATA< space >ADD< space >100MB and send to 23388/22111

Yes,you can add another 1GB data to your 100MB but the expiry date follow your last expiry date.

Send sms : DATA ADD 1GB to 22111 or 23388.

It's better to finished your 100MB and activate another 1GB data with new 30 days expiry date.

im considering swtiching to xox and stilll learning on the mechanic.

season pass can only last 30 days? not following the 28 months validity?

also, is the number validity always go to 28 months when reloaded?

All unused data,voice minute and sms in Season Pass will be valid follow your Onexox prepaid line expiry date @ 28 months or even more.

Only the data activated from the Season Pass valid for 30 days.

Every RM1 reload will extend 1 day validity to your expiry date.

I am only using this as my spare line to receive calls. My number is valid till Nov 2019.
If I top up 50 now, does this extend my validity ?
