What customer service can do is : 1) Answer enquiries.
2) Activate/deactivate services something like roaming,barred lines for lost phones,terminate lines and so on.
3) Receive reports/complains.
3) Help to settled small problems which they are authorised.
As you know there's many problems rises recently due to their management/system loopholes and suffered losses due to the so called "illegitimate transactions"
and "illegitimate sources" ,
reports/complains regarding credit refunds will take more times and lies on their technical department or management to approved.
