If there's no more minutes/sms in Season Pass,

the usage for calls/sms will deduct credit in DA acc first which is cheaper and then MA acc if credit in DA acc runs out.

When you purchase HAPPY HOURS promo or any Season Pass,

it will deducted credit in MA acc first and then DA if you don't have sufficient credit in MA acc.

I don't have the answer about the purpose of splitting the credit into DA and MA acc.

One thing for sure is that it doesn't have any effect on me when top up and purchase HAPPY HOURS promo or Season Pass.

May be your MA acc have no credit and the sms is just a reminder.

As for the internet stop working,find a nearest dealer to check for you or you may try to restart your handset.

MyXOX app, selfcare portal,*150# and sms code can't subscribe data plan at this moment,please call Onexox customer service at 12273 for enquiry.

Hi,in order to get the Onexox prepaid 28 months validity,you need to either :

1) Purchase any welcome deal within 10 days of registration of your new simpack OR

2) Top up a total of RM50 within 30 days of registration of your simpack OR

3) Port in/MNP from other telco

If for use data only,Onexox prepaid are more suitable for you because you can subscribe data plan according to your usage.

Every data plan you activate from Season Pass will valid for 30 days and the remaining unactivate data in your Season Pass will be kept until your line expired.

This happens when you purchased large batches and sold to others in short period of times.

If you purchase from their official website/Happy Hours promo and for self usage,your account won't get suspended.

It seems that Onexox want their users to purchase for self use only,if you transfer/share to others frequently,your account maybe suspended,

something like Purchase HAPPY HOURS 13GB @ RM50 and sell 10GB @ RM50 or sell 5GB @ RM30 to others users.

Which means........ if you're trying to get profits.......... whistling.gif

Maybe you never met users who really purchased HAPPY HOURS (legitimate sources) and then transfer out and get suspended,did you ?

User bought HAPPY HOURS : 13GB for RM50 and transfer out 10GB for RM50 in order to get the "free data" (the balance 3GB)

I personally help user to top up and purchase HAPPY HOURS (legitimate sources) and then help them to transfer out to others users and bingo ! Get suspended !

I help them so they can use the 3GB data which are considered free for them to use and they also get validity extended beside saving money.

FYI, I help low income user to get this "free data" already going for almost 1 year,just to get some free data not BIG MONEY.

When I call customer service on behalf of the user,Onexox customer service say they will investigate the matter.

They should first investigate and then suspend the involved acc NOT suspend and investigate later.

Whether my assumption is correct or incorrect,only the one who innocently get suspended and get cleared later knows.

Maybe there's many users who purchase from illegitimate sources but action must be taken only after confirmed the wrong doings ?

What will the users going to do with the suspended acc pending investigation ? Buy another simpack for temporary use ?

Will they compensate users after the suspended acc are cleared of wrong doing ?

Previously every each Onexox numbers can purchase 2 HAPPY HOURS per promo until recently the issue about season pass purchased from illegitimate sources rise,

now one number can only purchase 1 HAPPY HOURS per promo.

Actually we don't need to keep the sms as proof,all transactions are in their system.

Something like your credit in prepaid acc suddenly gone and you make report,they investigate and refund your credit.

In fact in this modern high technology era,they should know the users/dealers involved,

but why some innocent users get suspended ?

Haste action to suspend and investigate later and then resume the acc after clearance ?

Yes,Onexox have 3 in 1 simcard.

It is recommended to find a dealer to do registration or port in and get simcard on the spot,

and they will help and follow up if something goes wrong in the process.

Hi,the free 150 sms given monthly x 12 month = 1800 sms are free within same telco (Onexox/Xox)

Unless you have sms in your season pass or you'll be charged for every sms send to others telco.

Hi,voice call minutes and sms are automatically deducted upon usage.

Data need to be activated from season pass with auto renewal every 30 days.

To stop auto renew data plan, send sms DATA AR OFF to 22111 or 23388 each time after you activate data plan.
