And port out after this TAC problems have not been solved after calling Onexox customer service. confused.gif

And ending up losing some customers. cry.gif Should be taking actions to solve this TAC problems seriously.

The facts that lots of Onexox users are facing this TAC problems are true facts and Onexox should find ways to deal with this TAC problems,

not just show proof of users who can receive TAC because this will not make them stay with Onexox.

These Onexox users are still Boost App customers even if these Onexox users port out to others telco but Onexox will loose these users.

These Onexox users want to stay with Onexox but if problems not solved,these users who are facing TAC problems will port out.

So depend on Onexox whether to keep these users by solving TAC problems or just push the problems to Boost App and loose these users.

Yes.....Onexox on IPHONE will have this RM0.50 deductions , was told by IPHONE users.

I wonder why the telco they use on the same IPHONE before MNP to Onexox doesn't have this RM0.50 deductions. confused.gif

That's why Onexox dealers should remind IPHONE users about this possibility of RM0.50 deductions before they register/MNP to Onexox.

But many cases Onexox dealers didn't remind users about this until users ask why there's deductions of RM0.50 from their credits.

NO,because Onexox Black plan don't have basic data like other telco do.

You can purchase todays HAPPY HOURS promo : RM50 for 13GB which unused data will be carried forward to the next month.

It's hard to say.Even if there's a dealer certification are displayed doesn't mean the one serve you are Onexox dealer in person.

Maybe employee or members of family to Onexox dealer. confused.gif

In fact you can upgrade to Black B39 which have 8GB of data,50 min voice and 50 sms,all unused will roll over to next month.

And the data,min voice and sms can be share/transfer to other Onexox users.

And the best is you can change plan as you like.

Yes,call Onexox customer service and the same reply that no problem with Onexox and ask me to call Boost instead.

I port out one of my Onexox prepaid and successfully register Boost without any problem.

The same number can't receive Boost TAC in Onexox but can receive Boost TAC when port out to other telco. confused.gif

I'm not saying that all Onexox numbers can't receive Boost TAC but a lot of cases are really the true facts.

Now depends on Onexox itself whether to keep or lost their customers.

For me, i can only say NEVER PUT ALL YOUR EGGS IN ONE SAME BAG.

Doesn't they were trained with knowledge and passed as customer service personnel before answering calls from customer ? confused.gif

Even trainees on the job should consult with experienced personnel before giving an answer,that's my experience with other telco when call their customer service.

I guess that's why other telco send sms for us to reply and rate the perfomance of their customer service after each call.

And we will receive calls if we give poor rating to their customer service.
