Black plan have monthly commitment and prepaid plan don't.

Compare 1GB data used per month : -

A) Prepaid plan : RM50 @ 10GB data + 333 minutes call with validity of 28 months (New users)
If you use 1GB per month,you can use data for 10 months without further payment/top up.

B) Black plan (B10) : RM10.60 @ 1GB data + 20 minutes call (monthly commitment).
If you use 1GB per month,you have to pay RM106 for 10 months ,your line will be "BARRED" and you'll be "BLACK LISTED" if no payment paid.

Do your research,understand your needs,compare and choose wisely.

What i did is the comparison of 1GB data used per month.

If you used up your 1Gb data per month.....roll over ???

If less than 1GB then make comparison of 0.5GB.......wow ! RM50 (0.5GB x 20 = 10GB) can use for 20 months without prepaid top up/payment........more savings !

That's why I say users must understand their needs,make comparison and choose wisely !

Yes Black can rollover unused data and voice.........but you need to pay monthly bill,

let's say you didn't make payment for 3 months,can you still use the rollover data and voice ?

If you missed payment for 5 months ? Terminated and blacklisted !

And you still need to make payments for the 5 month's bill to lift off the BLACKLIST at the end.

For new prepaid simpack to get 28 months validity,you have to either

1) Top up amount of RM50 within 1 month activation (validity update in 2 weeks)

or

2) Subscribe to one of the "Welcome Deal" within 10 days activation (validity update instantly)

FAT5M @ 5GB data + 100 minutes will be credited in your SEASON PASS account.

All unused in your SEASON PASS account will expired according to your prepaid validity.

Ok,that's something fishy about the dealer.........compare the profits : -

1) MNP to BLACK B10 @ free simcard + free 1 month........payment RM10 will be paid on 2nd month onwards : -

a) MNP simcard FREE = ???

b) Top up RM10 x 5% = RM0.50 top up incentive(top up channel)

c) Top up RM10 x 10% = RM1 dealer incentive

2) MNP to prepaid with Season Pass FAT10 @ RM60 paid :-

a) MNP simcard RM10 @ RM2.20 simcard profit

b) Top up RM50 x 5% = RM2.50 top up incentive(top up channel)

c) Top up RM50 x 10% = RM5 dealer incentive

d) Subcribe Season pass FAT10 = RM3.30 SSP incentive

Postpaid ??? hmm.gif As promoted by ONEXOX and dealers........more better than postpaid.

If you used up your 20 minutes,you'll be charged RM0.15sen per minutes and RM0.10sen per sms.

All season pass for minutes and sms will be deducted automatically.

You can self register at XOX selfcare portal or My XOX app.

You'll receive sms with the activation code and you'll need an email acc to register (login for selfcare portal and MyXOX app))

As for the sharing credit,data,minutes and sms,the preset pin is 1234.

For your info.....not everyone were as lucky as you.

This is true,some users did face problems like sms,calls,internet,validity,top up and so on.......need to call customer service.

It's obviously that the problem lies on the service provider and so did the 5 digits sms which deduct user's credit.
