Isu tentang dealer adalah lebih baik berhubung dengan dealer yg melantik

Saya pun ingin menghubungi upline saya,tetapi susah untuk dihubungi. Cuma hari ahad/holiday atau pun waktu lepas kerja sahaja boleh dapat dihubungi.Setakat ini saya cuma tahu cara mendaftar starter pack dan MNP saja.Itu pun saya dapat tahu dari panduan asas pengedar dalam onesys.

is the XOX SP+ 10GB package same like last time; can use 1GB per month? i want to buy the 10GB promo, and then slowly use 1gB monthly

Sorry, i don't really get this as I am very new to ONEXOX.

The above statement.

Means, new simpack came with 28 months validity (topup within 24 hours)

so,

as long as my sim card is active for 28 months.

I can subscribe to any internet plan like SP FAT5 or SP Plus

then the quota will remain active until quota finished use up or validity over (which ever come 1st)

am I right?

need to setting APN to get 4G...

APN Settings:

Step 1: Go to Phone Settings > Mobile Network > Access Point Name.

Step 2: Choose “Add a New APN”

Step 3: Change the Name and APN to XOX and tap save.

Step 4: Select the XOX APN you've created.

Step 5: Restart your Mobile Phone.

It's worked for me...

Successfully ported yesterday...

1st... I bought SP FAT10 (10G + 10G)
than... I bought SP PLUS30 right away...

Current Mobile Internet Plan : FAT10

How to change to FAT5 without effecting Season Pass Counter.

You are advised to turn off auto-renewal (in ussd *150#) and only subscribe to FAT5 next month after your current internet plan finishes.

Season Pass is only bulk quota storage and is kept in your account as long as your number is valid.

To use the internet, you need to subscribe to any internet plan and the system will deduct the required data amount from your season pass balance.

Future onexox users advisable to get the simcard from dealer (got few active dealers here) who can do the registration, follow up & assist for any problem

currently no needs for data, just need the 28months expiry date..

SO Fat5 come with 5GB of season pass? What happened if i use finish the quota? Throttle down the speeed?

what i know is xox does not has any ppu and unlimited internet, so after you used all your quota you are not able to use any internet anymore

fat data is only for one month, u need to purchase sp which has no expire date.
