I already said third party App is for Android. Those using Android can search for Onexox Season Pass in Playstore , but it's in Malay language but very easy to use and understand if you just want the commonly used features at your disposal.

I use it most of the time, in conjunction with the official app only when necessary.

Season pass balance you mean - it's under 'My Account' then the very first option- 'Account '. Scroll to the bottom.

If you mean Active Data balance, it's under 'My Account' then 'Data Subscription'.

the indian guy at xox sunway pyramid is so lansi.

i got sim card min, want to change to micro and being charged RM10. just ask can get free aa.. the dealer give me this, i don't even use it yet.

was expecting this form him:
smiling and say, sorry lah encik, tak boleh lah.

instead got this from him:
you pegi tanya dealer lah!!!!
then go inside let me wait for 10 mins
come out again have to ask again where is the new card and he rudely remind me that i have to pay RM10. like i don't know already.

But upon checking today my validity still remain the same (one month validity)? Thought can get 28 month validity, or the system takes some time for updates?

purchase session pass only won't able to use data ? need to purchase FAT then only can use data? meaning session pass only supply additional data quota which can carry forward but in order to use data, we need to subscribe to FAT every month. correct ?

Purchasing Season Pass is only to place the said GB into storage. You still need to do the step of activating the required data for usage.
