Hi,

If my validity date is until 31/12/2019 and if I paid RM50 for SP+ (10GB data) but turn off auto renew *immediately*. Can I activate 500mb per month (meaning 20 months in total before reaching my validity date) from my SP "wallet" after that?

Whatever balance in the SP is valid as long as the validity of the SIM card account.

Hi,

Regarding the above statement, can I ask, what if my validity expires today,my account becomes inactive this week and next week only i extend my validity for 1 year (by paying RM25)? Does that mean this week I won't be able to activate any data but I can only continue activating data from my SP wallet next week when my account status is reactivated?

Thanks smile.gif

Hello there !

Subscribing to SP Plus 50 will get you a total of 12.5GB data. You can turn off auto-renewal immediately and activate 500MB/30days data plan for the next 25 months.

The Season Pass Plus will be stored in your Season Pass wallet immediately after purchase. It will remain there in your SP wallet until you decide to activate/use it or until your number is terminated.

Thank you.

Their website says it's under maintenance. Also, I don't think it's just because of the 28 months validity that it's surviving. The season pass is actually a very nice thing to consider as well. Though I personally won't use onexox as my main line. I mainly use onexox to park my numbers haha!

Just got xox prepaid sim card and insert to phone, cannot call in/out.
Do I need to activate this account? How?

How is it now? If you didn't manage to topup RM10 within 24 hours (to get 28 months validity) of activating your new SIM due to the downtime, I suggest you call them and let them know, I think they'll give you another chance to do so, since it's their problem earlier today.

Some people are quite unlucky to get their simcards today (or, like my friend, just successfully MNP to onexox today and experienced such a fairly major downtime right away). A rather bad impression for newcomers if you ask me. sweat.gif

Hello there !

All first time mnp numbers to ONEXOX will be given automatic 28 months validity (up-to 5 registered numbers per IC following existing SKMM rules)
Thank you.

Hi Oppa isn't it 10 numbers per telco per IC? Can you kindly enlighten me about "5 numbers per IC"?

regarding the season pass PLUS...so after buy the rm30 plan (5GB+1GB+50sms+50min)
so 1st month i sub 1GB (30days) but only use 700MB (after30days)will the remaining 300MB carry forward to next month? =5.3GB (2nd month season pass plus balance data)
ty in advance

Just get the SP+ and cancel the subscription right away, at least you get free stuff on first month added to your SP counters. I purchased RM50 SP+ and I get the freebies on top of just the 10GB.

So what if I am a telco reseller.
I am not hiding but just point out that user need to be aware as well as well.
If you not happy... Just move to another telco.
So what make you join blindly to OneXoX in the 1st place.

I agree.

There's no free lunch on earth. When there's too good to be true, there's T&C. Before I port in, I read most of their FAQs and T&C, so that I won't blame them for my own mistake.

I bet moving to other telco will be the same if a person doesn't read carefully.

Hi guys, is there a way to enable SMS notification for missed calls on onexox (voicemail is enabled)? Like on Hotlink, if you have voicemail enabled, and even if the caller didn't leave any voicemail, when you turn on phone you will still get an SMS saying there was a missed call from *number*.

Thanks smile.gif

Ok, I'll check with them. Because despite voicemail being enabled I don't receive sms for missed calls. :/

Hi, my friend MNP into onexox two months ago and I am going to MNP my second number to onexox, can we both enroll to the UGU program? If we are eligible, who should/can be the "main user"?

xox data quality is the best among mvno tho.

I agree with this statement, been using onexox for very long and always love trying others, all I can really say is that it’s a lot better than other MVNO.
