User Get User (UGU) : referral gets 6% everytime user makes top up,

whether user register new number or port in to Onexox.

Validity 28 months = 850 days.

Every RM1 top up will add 1 day validity to the 850 days validity.

Activation/MNP before 30/11/2017 will get free 0.5GB data for monthly top up of RM30 and above.
As your line activation was on 11/09/2017,you are entitled to get 0.5GB data free when you top up RM30 and above monthly.

Port in (MNP) from Celcom to Onexox already back to normal,there should be no problem.You can call Celcom for the reason of reject.

You also need to know from your dealer what are the reject code/reason (Every reject code represent a reason)

For replacement sim you'll be charged RM10 only.

You can request for the 3 in 1 size simcard in your future port in.

Please check whether you have any sms in your season pass or any credits in your DA/MA acc.

If you have credits in DA/MA acc or sms in season pass then try to use the old non smartphone to send sms.

If still can't send sms,call Onexox customer service at 12273.

It show you don't have sms in your season pass.

There's no credit balance in your DA/MA too,then you can't send sms to other's telco.

The free sms of 1050 are for Onexox/Xox to Onexox/Xox numbers only.

Just top up your credit in order to send sms to other's telco.

0.02sen/sms send to 10 FNF numbers(all telcos) and 0.10sen/sms send to other numbers.

When you purchase data,it'll be credited into your season pass acc.

All unused data,sms and voice minutes in your season pass will be kept until your line terminated.

You need to activate data from your season pass in order to use the data.

Minimum 0.5GB with validity of 30 days.

Those in the season pass will be carried forward till your line terminated.

The 0.5GB which activated will be valid for 30 days and will be reset to zero upon expiry date.

In case you finished the 0.5GB before 30 days,you can always activate another data plan which valid for another 30 days.

So activate the amount that you need so that it won't be wasted.
