That's true about the no extend validity.........it's just suggestion in cases of run out of minutes and 333 min HAPPY HOUR not available.

The validity will extend 50 days when you top up RM50 regardless whether your 29 months 20 days expired or not.And you can buy 1 year validity at RM25 when your validity expired.

Didn't the dealer let you know the MNP sim may takes up to 5 working days to be activated ?

For me,I always ask customers whether they have alternatives number in case the MNP sim takes times to be activated.

I always tell customers to be prepared for such cases = donor telco may already terminated and Onexox may still not activated.

If i'm not mistaken,recently a memo was issued on April 2018 on the topic "Pengedar Onexox tidak dibenarkan membuat pendaftaran pengguna secara jarak jauh". Dealer have to verify customer's id face to face before make any registration/MNP.Can long distance dealer verify customer's id personally ? Maybe you can do it online through www.xox.com.my not through distanced dealer.

Sometimes you can use the MNP sim even before the donor terminate your line,which was both old and new sim can make calls and receive calls.

So anything can happens.

I usually notify my customer when their MNP success and already activated (dealer can check status of MNP).

Some customer told me their old line still can make calls when they were notified about the MNP sim activated and when change to MNP sim also can make calls.

Yup.....Onexox BLACK plan got monthly commitment.If you got outstanding payments then you'll be barred.And then terminated after 5 months of outstanding payments and get blacklisted.

Always understand your needs and compare plans that you're going to subscribe then choose wisely

MNP from Celcom to Onexox have reached quota limit.From 11th.June,2018 onwards all port in from Celcom are temporary unavailable.

Yes.....customers can MNP to other telco and then MNP to Onexox. Customers must stay with the telco for 30 days before the next MNP .

For Onexox prepaid,you will get 28 months(365 days) validity.You can sms,call and surf as long as you have credits,voice minutes and data within the validity period.
