wow seriously takes 5 days to be activated after termination? i know the whole process may take up to 5 working days, but usually once donor terminated, then should be able to to use new one already.

i see. it's a known complication if u put in the new sim before donor telco terminate though.

hi all, I just back from XOX dealer centre ( XOX space from penang).

before go to XOX space penang , I call to careline/facebook page msg, they also told me that my number already been active at 12.xx pm.. i also wonder what the problem .. 

U know whats the problem that i face? is the guy who help me MNP , he key in wrong digit of my sim card serial number, so that my sim card is not active/no signal.

I said: REALLY?!  then how he able to mnp the sim card???


After they (dealer ) help me amend the serial number , my sim card start to have signal now. 
Ashhh.... I first time MNP facing this kind of problem...

Usually, when old sim card lost the signal , the new sim card should be able to have signal .. 
I also notice that XOX mobile dont have config sms for APN? need manual setup.. lol..

they said only xox black is free

hi TS, is there any issue mnp from xpax to onexox? i've been rejected by celcom 2 times, so i called them n they CS told me that currently xpax/celcom unable to mnp to onexox

When u said it is a prepaid work like a postpaid means that I will not receive monthly statement ask to pay before due date?
I prefer postpaid style which will not bar me just in case if I forget to pay but still able to make call, SMS, surf until 1 month of payment due date is due.

And the bundle 20min talk time is to all network or xox only?
