Hi,credits in all prepaid line from all telcos in Malaysia will be burned if your prepaid line terminated.

You can't transfer credits in telcos prepaid line to bank acc but some telco allow the credits be transfer to another

prepaid acc of the same telco.

Onexox/xox allow credits in prepaid to be transfer to another onexox/xox prepaid (Depends on the prepaid plan)

Minimum amount can be transfer is RM3 + RM0.25 transfer fee : RM3.25

The recipient will receive RM3 deduct RM0.25 transfer fee : RM2.75

The RM0.25 transfer fee will be charged to both sender and recipient for each transaction.

Hi,you can purchase 1 year validity at RM25 stackable/extended from your expiry date if your prepaid haven't expired yet.

If you top up RM25 and purchase 1 year validity,you'll get 365 + 25 = 390 days validity extended.

Data FAT500 plan will automatically stop renewed if your prepaid expired(Barred/Blocked)

You need to subscribe data plan again after your prepaid line active after you top up.

Hi, to redeem and use the 5GB voucher :

1) 5GB voucher must be redeemed before the voucher expired.

2) 5GB data will be valid for 30 days from the date you redeemed if you didn't have active data plan.

3) 5GB data will be valid according to your existing active data plan(Add on) upon redeemed (Not recommended)

4) Your prepaid validity should have at least 30 days.

5) Unused 5GB data will be burned upon reaching data plan expiry date(After redeemed)

Hi,if you're capable to cut the micro sim into nano sim,why not ?

Or else you can apply for a new nano sim at RM10.00(Usually new simcard got 3 size in 1)

Hi,your old simcard will only deactivated upon new simcard activated.

You can find any onexox dealers in phone shops,malls or super/hypermarkets near your area to do the simcard replacement on the spot.

Normally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to activate your new simcard.

If you order online,you need to wait for the simcard and you need to do the eKYC through xox black apps to activate your new simcard.

Hi,AFAIK no telco will do this.

I think you should call onexox c.s. at 12273 for inquiry or lodge a report if it is scammer call.

You can call onexox c.s. at 12273 for help or find onexox dealer in your area for help.

According to onexox dealers about NOT AVAILABLE TO REGISTER NEW or MNP "Onexox prepaid" plan haven't announced yet and still waiting for memo.

This will affect the NEW registration or MNP to onexox prepaid plan only,didn't affect existing onexox/xox prepaid users.

Will update once the memo from onexox is published/received by dealers.

Maybe you can try MNP to prepaid then upgrade to B10 after you register and login xox black app.

Info from onexox dealers,you should apply for new eSim to be use in new phone which means everytime you change phone(eSim),you need to apply for a new eSIM.

Will be announced soon probably within these few days

Just a reminder.....screenshot the sms you received after purchase 1 year validity and the *150*1# showing your prepaid acc validity as proof in case your

prepaid line terminated by onexox.......it happens to many prepaid users.

If your number terminated by onexox before expiry date(For validity purchased).......yes,you can if you have proof of your prepaid acc expiry date.

If your prepaid terminated upon expired date,you still can get back your number within 30 days of your number terminated, reactivation fee will be charged.

Always take note of your prepaid expiry date to avoid getting terminated and loose your number.

Onexox dealers haven't receive any memo yet,maybe only the upper level know the details as for now since this new prepaid plan will be launced on

02/01/2025

This new prepaid plan seems similar to previous Umobile prepaid plan(About 10 years ago) but Umobile 1GB high speed data valid for 1 month + basic data

speed when high speed data are used up + voice call + sms
