Do you mean you purchased 3 years of validity at RM75 for each numbers ?

OR

you purchased welcome deals and get 28 + 8 = 36 months(3 years) of validity free ?

This are 2 different validity :

1) Pay RM75 for 3 years validity, NO need to top up RM30 every 120 days.

2) New port-in or new numbers purchased welcome deal and get 28 + 8 = 36 months(3 years) validity, MUST top up RM30 every 120 days.

This year 2024 onexox/xox make changes which seems like "Collecting" $$$$$$

1) Prepaid users with free 28/36 months need to top up RM30 every 120 days

2) New users purchase 1 year validity @ RM25 is the other option if didn't want to top up RM30 every 120

days(Purchase welcome deal with free 28/36 months validity)

3) All users that earns 5% UGU commissions need to "UPDATE" their profile to get their 5% UGU commissions or

their commissions payment will be freeze/hold.

4) Even prepaid numbers which already purchase 1 year or more extended validity will get "BARRED" half the way and

need to show proof to resume validity or else need to purchase another extended validity.

5) Prepaid dealers need to top up at least RM30 monthly(New KPI) in order to get their monthly commissions or else

forfeited.

6) Black dealers need to pay their monthly plan bill + 6% sst(New KPI) regardless of how much overpaid amount in

their bill in order to get their monthly commissions or else forfeited.

7) There's quite numbers of dealers who have overpaid amount up to 2 months in their bills but can't utilised it to pay

off their monthly bill due to the new KPI to get monthly commissions.

8) New yearly KPI for dealers are to do at least 40 new registrations/activations or need to pay RM225 to maintain

their dealership or else demoted.

All these changes are favourable to.......you know......I know brows.gif

Don't know what will come next ???

1) Port-in online,you need to wait for the simcard and then verify the port-in simcard and no one to follow up your case further.

2) Port-in through a dealer,you get simcard on the spot with all the procedure done by the dealer and they will follow up your case if needed.

I have 2 xox simcards registered on 2017(Old mini simcard) now I had manually cut into nano sim size to fit into new

HI,as I already suggested earlier.......screenshot the sms received after you purchase the 1 year validity

and the *150*1# that showing the latest expiry date and keep it as a proof in case there's any dispute in future.
