Awesome! So only after the current plan is invalid then only can subscribe again. I really wanted to avoid using USSD code as it will be in a router most of the time.

Officially on XOX, I cancelled U Home 5G today since it is also the last day of my billing.

XOX speed at this hour, peak hours:

It is the same for me since it is connected to the same tower. All 5G towers are shared among all telcos.
I was using U Home 5G since Dec 2023 and never had any issue with it, it is stable. Maybe my areas are having stable 5G towers. So, I supposed it will be the same for XOX for my case.

My niece’s no. just got ported into XOX and by default she’s given with free RM 2 credit. The credit keeps being deducted and only left 40 cents now. I’m suspecting it’s the iMessage issue which happened to my aunt’s phone many years ago. Is it still a thing in 2025?

Funny thing is my sister and mom are using XOX with iPhone as well but they don’t have such issue. Not sure what’s happening with my niece’s iPhone.

Will check with CS later in the morning.

I initiate port in via eSIM on xox website 1140PM on 1st Aug
By 2AM 2nd Aug Tunetalk sms me for confirmation. Replied Y at 343AM

Woke up this morning Tunetalk no more signal already. Just scanned the QR to add eSIM to my phone

This is my fastest port-in ever. I think porting out from DiGi was the worse. Getting out from YES was also easy, likewise with Maxis. But nobody as fast as Tunetalk.

EDIT: all were prepaids. DiGi is horrible.

It was indeed iMessage issue and is still happening in 2025. laugh.gif Each time it deducts RM 0.80, so my niece had one on her iPhone and linked to her iPad. So became RM 1.60. laugh.gif She never uses iMessage but because the toggle was always enabled so we never thought to disable it. Anyway, it has been disabled on her iPhone and iPad now.

Because the dealer gave RM 22 and subscribed 1X-22 right away. Thought of using it for another month only reload RM 20 but only left RM 0.40 now. laugh.gif

I've had credit balance mysteriously being deducted. They initially responded by giving refunds but started ignoring my messages, so I'd to cut my losses by keeping the wallet really low. That's already a couple of years back. laugh.gif

No matter onexox prepaid or postpaid,always have mysteriously credits deductions same as their postpaid have mysteriously charged small amount in their monthly bill.

Many users didn't even bother to make report cause the amount is small like RM0.15,RM0.30 or RM0.45 in a month or two.
