All 5G towers are shared among all telcos. I was using U Home 5G since Dec 2023 and never had any issue with it, it is stable. Maybe my areas are having stable 5G towers. So, I supposed it will be the same for XOX for my case.

My niece’s no. just got ported into XOX and by default she’s given with free RM 2 credit. The credit keeps being deducted and only left 40 cents now. I’m suspecting it’s the iMessage issue which happened to my aunt’s phone many years ago. Is it still a thing in 2025?
Funny thing is my sister and mom are using XOX with iPhone as well but they don’t have such issue. Not sure what’s happening with my niece’s iPhone.
Will check with CS later in the morning.

I initiate port in via eSIM on xox website 1140PM on 1st Aug By 2AM 2nd Aug Tunetalk sms me for confirmation. Replied Y at 343AM
Woke up this morning Tunetalk no more signal already. Just scanned the QR to add eSIM to my phone
This is my fastest port-in ever. I think porting out from DiGi was the worse. Getting out from YES was also easy, likewise with Maxis. But nobody as fast as Tunetalk.
EDIT: all were prepaids. DiGi is horrible.
