Hey bro, are you sure?? I was told by my relationship manager that principle and supplementary both have 10x entry ?? hmm.gif

And to update, CIMB Preferred VI also have separate Principal and Supplementary complimentary entry (Each having 4x free access). This is true as at 31 Dec 2018, and so far i also didnt receive any change of terms and conditions from CIMB

If I understand RHB's program correctly, the entitlement is individual, not shared....

Yes I’m sure supplementary can enter for 4x per year. Wow seriously they have now changed to unlimited ??

Just to avoid confusion, we are talking about cimb preferred VI instead of the normal cimb VI right ?

unlimited entry only offer until 31 dec 2019, after that should be revised …like ambank or rhb

Unlimited anything is never sustainable, without some kind of pre-condition....

Personally I prefer banks specify a fixed number, with no conditions....and leave it to the customers to decide how to use it....

Just like ambank cards got abused so much, they removed domestic access, and honest customers get equally penalised....

I don't know how you can consider it as abuse if they need valid boarding pass to access, be it domestic or international, you still need to purchase flight ticket to use the complementary access.

Only applicable for Preferred Banking customer.
They need something to maintain / attract customer into preferred banking business.
I foresee more preferred / priority banking CC with better benefits coming soon.

Till now, at least 2 banks have revised their lounge access T&C, and only applicable for preferred / priority customer (for 2019).
1) AMB - allowing Penang International PPL
2) CIMB - unlimited entry

The lounges were allowing cardholders not travelling to enter, using the IC as identification....

By cutting off domestic travel eligibility, the banks forces the lounges to confirm international travel, which automatically means that need to verify destination by insisting on boarding pass....

why need to cut off domestic travel eligibility?

domestic travel also got boarding pass. just insist on boarding pass that's all.

bank thought domestic air ticket is free? doh.gif

Hi guys,

I'm back from oversea to KLIA next week early morning. Here's the guide for arrival PPL that I read from the comments

-Don't leave the international Transit Area
-Take the Aerotrain to the Satellite building to use the PPL/Flight Club

I have a few questions
1. If I'm staying in PPL for an hour or two, will my luggage stay around the belt or placed into lost & found?
2. Can I travel to KILA2 & enjoy the landside lounge?

When you fly back from overseas, likely you will land at satellite building, so DO NOT take aerotrain back to main building.
Regarding luggage, someone discussed about this few pages ago, just scroll back and take a look.
If my memory is working, your luggage will left next to carousel unattended.
KLIA2, not many cards allowing KLIA2 landside nowadays, I guess should be fine, no harm to try out (and do feedback for us tongue.gif)
