nah...i'm ok with it. but he didn't put the word some or certain in it ("that ages"). well, all i can say is, yes, the seller is immature about how bidding works. if he's in eBay, his account will be gone LOOL

sHawTY, you are correct. What can you do? If you have balls, come and arrange an appointment with me. I will give you a briefing on logic of business and trading. If you dont trust my words, i can bring some of my law friends to 'enlight' you.

You are 19 years old but your attitude is worse than my 6 years old cousin. You are so obvious guilty in this case and still dont have the balls to admit it and resposible on it. This clearly shows how childish you are. Trust me. With this kind of attitude, I am quite sure you will NEVER success in your life. Sad case.... I pity you.

Like ppl always said, stack your pillows higher then think carefully on what is right and not. Dont let your childish and egostic blind your brain.

Oh ya.. If you really do successful in your life with this kind of attitude, pls let me know. I will write a book for it titled; 'How to success in life without a brain and correct attitude'

*Sorry to mod, if my posting sounds offensive (delete this if needed). But i really cant stop myself from replying this after seeing on how lame is this dude.

It's plain to see that this fella has no feelings of remorse and he doesn't seem to care that he has mistreated emmeir by not fulfilling his own terms during the bid.

It's logical to assume that the bid was probably too low and he managed to get a better offer outside and immediately sold it for the higher price. Now, this isn't a nice thing to do once you've committed yourself to a bidding trade but there's nothing we can do now about this.

Best is to avoid this seller in the future in case it happens again. I personally cannot stand a seller that changes his terms in the middle. The bidding auction could have included the simple sentence

"Seller has the right to terminate this auction at anytime"

So next time, if you're not comfortable with a low bid. Then make sure you mention a reserve price, or at least that sentence up there.

It would have been easy to just apologize for what you did and move on, but you seem to be quite the stubborn fella.

Oh well, young un, you've got lots to learn.

*emmeir, want some dell speakers? got it with the computer*

You see boy, it's not that we are on which side, we are not on emmeir's side neither you're side...

It's just that it's you're fault.

You should admit it boy...

Say you're sorry before the mod's awards you with a Bad Trader Tag, and if they do that, i believe no one will ever deal with you again because they have lost their trust in you... smile.gif

Now i'm talking in a good way, it's either you do, or you don't. cool.gif

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

***Rangerred, just askin', is he eligible to get a bad trader tag and to be in the minor offender's list? blink.gif
Am i right?
Because what i see is, he didn't even want to admit his fault, and say his sorry. smile.gif

Hope you can give a better picture about the "Bad Trader" tag to make that boy understand. smile.gif

Once the person set to sell by bidding and ppl answered, that's a contract already. Any party wishes to break make sure every other party involved, agrees. It's the law wherever you may be. You break the contract or breach, that's criminal. Check with lawyers. Can be a court case.

I also vote for this stupid prick to be in offender list and be tagged with Bad Trader.

Its just amazing what an idiot he can be. And no, even hes apoligizing, its not acceptable now, already too late. Second chance already been given, and that stupidass blew it away.
