I won a bid for his ATP 3 last night. But he said his already sell it to another guy that come to his house. Before this i PM him asking about quick grab price but he said no quick grab and must wait until bidding finish (20/1/2007).

So i wait and bid at 11.57pm (20/1/2007) at Rm96. Until 12.01am (21/1/2007) no body higher than me. So i won. I'm already give my contact to arrange cod, but he give me a PM that the item already sold. WTF..

Possibly he got bids from sms or phone calls leh. Even he really FFK, welcome to the real world.

No. I don't think so. I feel the bid amount isn't enough for him and he just give a reason the speaker sold oledi.

He already delete his word in thread. But truely he is dishonest person. Attitude like dog like the picture in his profile.

Yaya.. Maybe he think a lot of ppl here want his item and thought ppl will bid in high price.. But his wrong..

Well IMHO if a seller want more $ and think your bid not enaugh he can just open a new ID to bid higher price in his own thread. This happened all the time in lelong.com. Most main/big sellers do that all the time. Or he can just tell you just took out the speaker to test and tested no power no sound. Apa boleh buat? So just move on find another seller lor. This is just tiny problem only. No money involve.

Yes no money involved. But involved time and energy. The seller should honest and follow the rules in bidding style.

is there any rules for biding in here?.. maybe lowyat.net have to come with fix rules...

bidding style rules is same. but the seller ages is 19. that ages will not follow the rules. look at his signature.

well well....1st things i wanna to mention is "age" problem , yes...i'm 19 so wat ? age 19 can't sell/buy item at lyn ? or both of u guys got prejudice of age 19 guy ? or both of u think age 19 is unmature ? no ! u are wrong....

well..honestly , emmeir is won tat bid , but tat item aleadi sold before 20/1/2007 @ 11:59am. (tat means item is sold when his bidding) and after i sold tat item i planning to logon lyn to motified tat topic but unfortunely tat times my pc keep dc and i just forget it.

yes , b4 tat i got tell emmeir had no quick grab price. but , when 20/1/2007 around 9pm++ got a guys walk-in to my house n asking to test speaker (tat guys straight call my hp and request to test,so i tell him my address and allow him to come) well , his really come at correct timing and satisfied tat speaker and grab it go straight.

another things , is it truth seller got right to cancel that auction ?

bidding close time is on 20/1 mean 11.59.59sec. So that you CAN"T sell the item before that. That the rules of bidding. Unless you state the quick grab price at the thread.

yeah, that's right . You should reserve the item for the bidder. if u really wanne money so badly, then put a fixed price...

Put End of bid but sold before end date? realy not good people...
realy not mature..young boy always not think for long term...
