Then, next time just sell your stuffs in the normal way or add in the quick grab option.

emmier has the highest bid and he should be the one that gets that set of speakers since you've stated that there's no quick grab for it when he offers you the quick grab option.

you don't get how bidding style auction is supposed to be, do you? lemme tell you. if you already said you'll sell the item to the winner of the bid, then you have to, even though u're incurring a loss. this happenes is lelong all the time. that's the risk you have to take if you decide to do it bidding style. you cannot ever ever sell it to another person who did not win the auction.

if i were you i will quickly apologize for my mistake... your mistake to the seller is definite and in an auction you are abide by the rules of auction which is -sell to the highest bidder at the end of auction- UNLESS u have stated before that u reserved the right to cancell the auction anytime -which i highly doubt you do it-

The matter is, do you state 'QUICK GRAB' chance in your 1st post? IF yes, then you are excused, but then you still need to find ways to update your auction no matter what because your auction is running, auction in here not like ebay & lelong which has their own database and update. IF no, then you are not allow to sell because your auction is running.

if the one who offers you don't want to place the bid in the thread, your luck lar. if you don't want to do it this way, then dont lar do bidding style. normal better still what. you can decide for yourself. by starting a bid, you're committing yourself to stricter rules and regulations.

or next time, just put disclaimer that you can close the bid anytime you like. things like that. wouldnt kill for you to insert that line there and be fair to everyone. don't just sneakily sell it off to another person.

ofcourse i would prefer the highest price but AT LEAST please update the thread and IF a person could bid in -let say sms- he must know it from the thread itself rite?.. so the seller should ask the bidder to bid officially in the thread.. i WILL do that if i auctioning something but again, i NEVER prefer auction style trade...

well....pls understand me , (and pls stand at my side to think) that guy straight call me and asking to test then satisfied and straight pay me RM1xx to grab it away , honestly , who will no touch ? (may b u'll won't touch or u are rich but i'm not , i poor) after that , my pc is dc and no chance to on9..........i have no transport and unable to go nearest cc. (yes , tis is my fault cos i din't urgently update my post....)

when i back on9 i think is aleadi the next day after auction end.when i logon to lyn , i noticed emmier sent me pm and asking to cod. and i honestly reply him item is sold. (good then others seller just ignore it , this is reality)..........after that i suddenly being sue to dispute zone.
