i meet it countless time already.. after nego with them n already say ok and item been reserved...n just wait for seller said for which day COD..
but suddenly there no news... ask the seller they will told you either he decided not to sold.. or someone offer higher price... or they just ignore you.. it just a typical selfish human being...

honestly i initially dont want to vote against the seller for only ffk reason.. ffk happens all the time and in real world we have to get used to it

HOWEVER, the seller has VERY RUDE ATTITUDE imho... he's being accused of an obviously valid reason and he still acting like an @$$hole and refuse to apology to the victim.. a clear ffk case is happen here and all the seller has to do is apologize..

thus for the reason of seller being such an arrogant person i VOTE for seller to be put in minor-offender list.. about the "bad-trader" tag, that's for mods n admins to decide.. i have no-say on this..
