People are very superficial. The giant wall of M V looked bad. This doesn’t. Yes the realities either way of injecting 3k units into a community is huge. But one was made into a viral unflattering meme and the other is safe for now.

2912 units / 14.8 acres ~ 197 units per acre. Marginally better than M V. But it will have that similar wall shape.

For some reason, there are more bumi lots going into lelong than normal lots. We'll probably see this unit again

We do know the reason. Limited resale value. It’s only fine for ownstay but culturally they would prefer landed anyway.

The Era costs way less than any landed in KV, it's discounted bumi price too. If they can't even sustain this loan, what landed are we talking about
