Very pretty. This shows that high dense doesn’t necessarily mean awful as long as the design is good. This is the biggest issue as units are so numerous and homogenous nowadays that small details do make a difference for livability and perception.

2912 units according to PropertyGuru. Not far from MV but the road access is definitely worse than MV. The main point is having more own stayers instead of investors for both projects
