I'm booking a unit in phase2 but have a b1 carpark area...I'm worried as lived in rivercity before and dec 2021 all 3 car park floors have been flooded by same river....what have the developers done to avoid this happening to the era?

First of all welcome and congratulations!

For the flooding part I'm not too sure, I have a few friends living there been through heavy rain with flash flood in other KL area but no complaints on flooding issue since they moved in. The school down the road there is notorious though during the previous flash flood, but that's quite a tad lower than where The Era is. If B1 floods I think the worst would be Food Merchant there.

There you go, but that was 2 years back and it was quite some distance to The Era as its deeper down in Jalan Segambut, but looks like Riana Dutamas showroom is badly affected though from the quoted photo. I am well aware of this before I did my purchase lol. (went through the entire thread here )

Because I think Malaysia system wouldn't be so effective..haha.
