Wise don't get cb when pay by setel or shell app?
*
From past experience, HLB Wise have to physically swipe or cucuk sad.gif
Adding into app doesn't entitle for petrol cash back

Spaylater is not in eligible Online merchants.

Online CB is limited to
• Lazada
• Shopee
• Grab
• Foodpanda
• Touch ‘n Go
• MYEG
• Spotify
• Netflix
• Apple Music
Note:
Applicable to e-Wallet reload and food delivery transactions for the above listed merchant only

So Top up ShopeePay (1% CB but rounded to nearest RM, CB based on total "online" transactions, not each transaction, eg Total RM749 -> RM7 CB, Total RM750 -> RM8 CB)
Then use ShopeePay credit to pay Spaylater.

Dear all,

2 months ago, I took HLB 0% balance transfer for 12 months.

Do i need to call the bank if i want to make full settlement?

Or i can just pay the outstanding amount and that's it?

Check the T&C, iirc there is a penalty for early settlement

Yes you are right.

I didn't really read the T&C when i took the 0% offer.

There is a penalty for early settlement which change my plan now.

Thanks for your reply.

You did not meet the 1k spend for the month, so 0.2% (capped at RM2) applies.

assuming you don't have other cards, reload celcom via shopee. Then pay shopee using wise gets you 1% than 0.2% under Others

WISE cashback follow calendar month, so you have to refer to your Aug 1st to 31st transactions.
Do you hit minimum retail spend of 1k to unlock the maximum cashback?

aside from having or not, better to understand whether you need better or more comprehensive coverage rather than free but limited coverage from cc.

Credit Card Coverage vs. Travel Insurance: Which Is Better?

fyi, have you read HL Infinite's website? https://www.hlb.com.my/en/personal-banking/...l/infinite.html

is their coverage enough/acceptable to you? do you need more coverage? smile.gif

I experienced flight delay >20 hours in Japan (your next trip) recently.
I paid RM70 for a family travel insurance. Tune Insurance paid me >RM4000 just for inconvenience allowance.
If I claimed from Credit card travel insurance, almost nothing as overnight hotel stay was provided FOC by the airline. All the claims must come with receipts.
