If i use wise card to pay bills such as maxis bill through boost app, can i get cashback under mobile category for this transaction?

Why suddenly this month i did not get maximum cashback although i already spend above requirement? Also this month got cashback for dining..previous month no problem..always maintain max cashback..already use wise card almost 1 year..why suddenly this happen? Any idea or suggestion?
