My VI card is peeling, the plastic layer I mean. It’s so ugly now and I need to use it until 2029. Is there any way I can get it replaced for free? If only HLB would adopt Apple Pay then I don’t need to carry the physical card.

I find banks give ridiculously long expiry date now, I don't know how can the cards survive till then. I have a couple of cards will only expire in 2030.

If transaction on 31/1/25 but posted on 1/2/25, then it is considered in February cycle.

I do receive 10% CB on CB categories while I use Government spendings as filler to achieve monthly spend >RM1000.

possible this to request waiver? i asked customer service in hlb online, he said
" I'm sorry for the balance transfer account there no any fee can get waiver"
and
"As its part of the term and condition which no waiver is applicable"

What do you mean? Balance transfer and credit card account has different number. How do you pay to credit card and then later transfer to your balance transfer account?

Just applied for HLBB VI card, looks like the best all rounder for Enrich miles? 3.5 airmile per RM1 for almost all retail transactions makes it less complicated/hassle to use and among the best conversion cards out there.

Also have a Alliance VI otw as well.

Yeah, I use it for normal retail transactions but again I mix and match a few cards.
