Can I know which Hong Leong insurance product posted as CREDIT SHIELD PLUS in credit card statement? Just notice there is an CREDIT SHIELD PLUS charges posted in the statement where the cardholder never subscribe to this kind of service.

Don't think so, cardholder is a senior citizen that don't speak. Is there a product name CREDIT SHIELD PLUS in Hong Leong?

kena once before, i think it have no physical policy document. The telemarketer juz call and ask for consent. The amount is charged base on outstanding balance but the actual calc cannot remember d.

To cancel, i think u need to fill up some form and email them.

Oh crap, to enroll telemarketers can just done via call, but terminate have to be written where a senior citizen cannot even write?

ya ridiculous right XD i last time also says the same thing to them but they insist need to fill form and email them.
Mayb you can call and ask them again.
