18th October - Custom Clearance
18th October - In transit to Malaysia
24th October - Arrived at KERRY facility
28th October - Out on courier delivery <- Called them on that day to confirm on delivery and they said not delivered yet. Will deliver on Monday. Request to pick up from the Saturday (29th October) but is a public holiday.
29th October - Undelivered status-Not Home <- Hmm ain't they hard working...public holiday still working...

Just now, I go check my mailbox there is no notice..

Never had any issues with Kerry before or ABX when reach Malaysia... Usually 7 days got the delivery unless PH then a bit longer...

GB is 1-year warranty but the bad thing is you need to pay to send back to China and wait 1-2 months?

I've heard from a few friends who bought from Dfaro and they encountered bad service like the item never show and they never reply when asked for refund. Best to go directly to their shop to buy as not sure if their service is better now or not.
