Anyone using NGK Gpower spark plug DCPR7EGP for alza? My concern with this spark plug is it has 1mm gap while the standard spark plug is 0.9mm.

I'm wondering if the non standard spark plug will stress the ignition coil dues to non standard gap.

if not wrong, i am using this. Platinum plug ni. I did not keep the package hence not sure about the gap. But it is good so far since i changed this early Jan.

I personally not sure if will stress the coil.

Yes indeed. NGK Gpower has copper core with platinum tip. Low price and durable. It could take years for ignition coil to shown failure after excessive stress, just not sure if that extra 0.1 mm does any damage though.

I filled up mine at 32psi front and 30 psi rear.

If with passengers then 33 psi front and rear.

Thanks.

Mine is actually 32-33 front and back, but feels a bit splashy for lack of words. Feels a bit squishy when driving.

Is Toyo ne3 good for alza compared to Silverstone? Price is much cheaper than Silverstone which most of forumers here label Silverstone as the worst tyre

from what I know Silverstone and sime tyres are not good overall.

Toyo is new to markets, not sure if it is better, but Toyo acquired Silverstone bhd and use the same factory to produce. So good or not, donno...

with proper maintenance i.e change engine oil follow schedule, timing chain will easily last more than 200k km

Iinm last time i check, timing chain price for alza around rm900++ not including labour and related other stuff that need to change as well

900..ok.

With proper engine oil change and maintenance, the chain will last much longer.

Signs of possible weared timing chain are:
1. Engine rattles when idle..even after service, plug change and coil checked.
2. Engine misfires.
