Yesterday fuel meter suddenly drop to 2 bar when i start my car. Trip A change to ODO. Bar slowly goes up back when I drive.

I remember this is battery problem but I can still start my car. Still using ori battery from perodua, 1 year 10 month now.

Ya.. many said battery.. this could be the first sign. 1 year 10months is good.
Some mechanic has tools to check...better check/change rather than get you stuck somewhere and all bloodsucker will sell you their batt for premium price. vmad.gif

It is about rm160 (estimated) for a century batt marathoner. any price above rm200 is cekik leher liao.

Ya.. I previously batt was Century Marathoner (RM120 with trade in)..used for about 1.5yr..then got signs of slower crank start... Now using Yokobatt as given by the sparepart shop last year in in April/May I think..
Price increase overall early last year, with trade in abt RM150 if I recalled.

..this year donno now la... I would know when I visit the shop again maybe in April nanti to get lower arm, absorbers, mounting, etc.

Driving around for a bit after suspension change, suspension and stabilizer replaced. Only springs left from stock. I never noticed this before, but there seems to be some noise coming from the tyre well when going through the bumps. Not exactly knocking, maybe a dull thud.
Also when wheel is at full turn, it will "skip" on parking bay concrete. Almost like losing traction.

So many issues one doesn't notice if one doesn't look for it.

Alza SE 2014. bought on Oct 2016 from Bank Auction. At that time mileage 10k but NEVER service before (service booklet is clean as new). Call service center to confirm and Yes...never serviced. I serviced it right after i got the car at SC balakong by that time. Still valid for warranty smile.gif
Changed engine oil, filter, gear oil, Spark plug.

Now upon reaching 20k...car seems like under power....hardly accelerate/slow respond even though i step on it..what possibly the problem?

Booked a service this Sat at SC balakong..any possible problem so that i can inform SC to check for me?

firstly from 10k to now about 20k.. .that is 10k mileage done.

As standard, you would need to change engine oil (fully syn i assume) at least every 10k / 6months whichever comes first.
Even though using fully, the EO (engine oil) performance drops. Depends on what brand of oil, some at 6k can feel performance drops, some worse, 3k can feel.

So, change the EO and oil filter at the minimum would do.

on the other hand, get a aircond pollen/cabin filter. (about rm18-20). add that, which helps to prolong the life of aircond.

Sorry everyone. I would like to ask a few things. I am going to send my car to ordinary car workshop. Just wanna ask a few things.
Is it necessary to change Powersterling oil and brake oil or just add to enough?

Power steering oil... so far i have not changed the oil. 7 years car now.

Brake oil.. top up a bit only since. Checking the brake hose for cracks, will change during the hose change.
