wah seriously? im thinkin of getting Belt CP as well.

then what 6-channel heli would you recommend for me? i've played with those co-axial 4-channel ones so far.
*
i would suggest you to try Honey Bee king (FP2) 4 channel first.
first its not a coaxial anymore, for your infromation, coaxial and the 6 channel heli you are going to play is definately diff things, you cant learn anything from co-axial 4 channel to play those 6 channel ( Front blade n Behind blade one )
so Honey bee King FP2 , is suitable for pre-6 channels i think. just my 2 cents smile.gif

Omg ejat, you go straight to Belt CP ? Belt CP is a nightmare heli even for Experienced player, it need to modded and changed a lot of part before it can hover nicely, anyway i joining a gang flying @ Balakong, If you interested you can pm me and i'll tell you where is the exact place.

anyway just discuss wit RC kakis frens today.

compare to others, Look like Belt CP is not a good choice for 450 class.
it come wit E-Sky TX wit price rm 700 which stated "RTF"
but after you change CNC rotor set, CNC head and other upgrades like FUTABA TX it cost like rm 1.5k to rm 2k.

for that $$ , A completed TREX cost like rm 2.5k. so its better to get TREX if you are serious in RC heli
btw Dont expect BELT CP stock setting can do you a 3d fly, sometimes Hover'ing a Stock Belt CP is a hard job too. Even for a experienced one.

so i'd to stick to class 300 first XD

where do you stay? Mayb i can help you if its minor problem, but complicated problem you can visit to BTHO Flying site, lots of sifus here willing to help out.

Btw about that software, do you have a cable connect to PC? if you dont hav you can purchase 1 at around rm 30.
And software you have to donwload yourself, the most basic software and free one is FMS. google it out and download it, its free.

acutally going forward/backwards oni? is settable, either set with your Transmitter. If transmitter set to maximum still going 1 side, you can adjust on the Helicopter.

so how do your heli slides? If front, u can adjust on the Remote slightly counter back with the moveable thing beside the stick.
same goes to Slide to right, left. Just counter them.

If you tried it even set to the max on your transmitter but still not enough to counter them, you can adjust the Linkage on the helicopter.

if it goes backward alot it cant be adjusted on the radio.. u have to look at the swashplate... make sure it's 90 degree as possible.

To all newbie...Just to remember always counter your heli with your own finger not by transmitter! it took me 1 month and spent thousands of ringgit sad.gif just to learn hovering skill. now i be able to do some mild 3D stuff ie: inverted and roll smile.gif. keep it up...don't give up.

and yes All LAMA ( Co axial are good for beginners to learn orientations )

btw , according your LAMA v4 problem, goes backward ya?
ok about the trimmer how it works

did u see the little moveable thing beside the both joystick?
i dono whether your using Mode1 or mode2

most hobby shop selling Mode1 Transmitter,
Its Throttle and Aleron at right, Rudder and elevator at left. Ya?

so if your Heli is moving backward, That mean your Elevator is "too backward" , so set the Left side, Straight one "I" moveable stick to Front, slowly adjust until your heli stable.

Every Moveable stick shud put to Middle at the first time u play the heli, except Throttle one, its recommended to set to lowest.
and after adjust your moveable stick like what i said to achieve balance so u can release your hand and ur heli is still stable smile.gif

BTW I JUST GOT MY NEW ESKYHONEY BEE TODAY WOOHARRRR smile.gif
release hand 10-15 seconds still can maintain stable, wat a nice heli thumbup.gif

for coaxial heli i think the 'counter by finger' is not needed most of the time since its toooo way stable unless your setting goes wrong,ya?
but for FP or CP class, yea u always nid to counter wit ur own finger, thats the FUN OF THE HELI yay! now i get bored wit my Lama smile.gif

whats your heli?
your first Heli is 6-channel CP heli?
bravo thumbup.gif

Hi everybody, im new to this also. Just learned to pilot an Apache AH64, 4 channel heli. The blades are already in a very sorry state due to countless craches during training. Eyeing on Esky Lama v4 or Blade CX2 for my next heli. There's a video of my Apache flight in Youtube. If u guys interested in watching it...here it is

i highly recommended to get Esky if your thinking to get Lama, because esky spare part can be found easily in kl/selangor/any hobby shop.

btw, you should upgrade to FP or CP, coaxial is enuf. just 1 Coaxial is enuf, just my 2cent
