Yeah I agree that street track doesn't permit the slightest mistake, that's the fun part also.

i think street race in singapore during nite time is damn crazy... it shouldnt be approved! even heidfeld disagree with the idea, who knows tat suddenly the whole singapore got electric shock and got blackout... the cars driving 300km/h and all they see is darkness... then tragedy might happen... too risky and dangerous... unexpected situations do happen, especially on an island which suddenly requires so much electricity to heavily light up the whole street circuit... gosh this is super crazy...

Lewis Hamilton's MP4-22 in testing at Sepang last week featured no fewer than four rear-view mirrors.

The English rookie, however, had not simply requested a better view of the cars behind him.

Instead, it emerges that the two extra mirrors - mounted on the top of the MP4-22's sidepods - were designed to give 22-year-old Hamilton an easy glimpse of engine smoke.

Italian sources report that Mercedes Benz engineers wanted to test and push the limits of the V8 engine on the Malaysian layout. Catching an engine failure early makes it easier to investigate.


Hamilton, who finished third on debut in Australia last month, stopped trackside at Sepang on both Thursday and Friday with oil leaks.

answered some question and they give me a goodie bag. Looked into it and saw teh shirt, so I just bring the shirt with me when the signing session started.
The demo is at 4pm. anybody else is coming?

i think the demo is the same as the one in Melaka last sunday..to those who are interested is a must go, really interesting esp the BMW Motorrad demo by the world indoor stunt champion..another interesting thing, even i've been to sepang few times for F1 but the demo is totally diff experience as i've never been so close when the car passes by, some of my thoughts

i think sepang is safe now, because we got the contract till 2010 IINM. maybe one of the europe circuit will be axed.
