That's the most common misconception, homebrew is not iso/cso. Keep that in mind.

iso and cso is back up... or for most people PIRATED COPY... thats y its tebu to say isocso thing here... but one place that have no restriction on asking is G**G*E ok...

Naw, you guys don't get the concept, ISOs are back up games. People play backup games to either save battery, or don't have to carry with them tonnes of UMDs(i personally have many UMDs and i ISO them)
So as long as you own a LEGAL copy of the game, its isn't ILLEGAL to play ISOs or CSOs.
It is only when they ask "where do i d........d (insert game name here)" then its illegal.
And so I think it is perfectly fine to answer his question how to convert ISO to CSO because CSO is merely a "compressed" form of ISO.
Now, assuming you own a LEGAL copy of the game. Google for UMDgen. Its a GUI program.

Owh and for my specs, I'm running fw3.51 M33-7. My favourite homebrews are:
PepViewer(for manga needs)
PMP player(for video needs)
Pspgo(when i have nothing to do)
psptetris(same as the above)
PspR-animeMod(dance revolution with anime themes)

And several other applications you probably wouldn't wanna know hahaah

hi there. any homebrew which works like winamp or itunes? i want to listen to my own playlist music while playing certain games...
And another question is.... is there a better way to watch movie using psp other than converting them using psp video 9? i wan to watch movie with dvd quality, perfect resolution for the entire widescreen.

Try to convert it with 3GP_Converter (3GP is just the name). I think it is better than PSPvideo9. Try google "3GP converter for PSP" because it need some setting for PSP format. I've yet to try XviD4PSP.

Yes there is a plugin that enables you to do so, i just cant get it off my head now, rushing to school >_<
Ill post it again when i come back from school haha

Personally i prefer XviD4PSP. Im using it myself. Convert it to PMP format and play with PMPplayer for the best results ^^

im trying xvid4psp rite now. it really is better than psp video 9 when u get used to it. Im converting a sample rite now, it does takes longer time to convert though... btw i tried PMPplayer, so slow ler each click took minutes to response

Heres the link for the latest PMPlayer Advance. I recommend XviD4PSP encoder to go with this one:

If your PMPlayer lags its most probably because you're using an older version of it. OR you're movie is reaaaly big.
oh, and someone pm-ed me on where to put the pmp files, put it here:
MSROOT:\PSP\VIDEO\yourvideoname.pmp

Although, if you're using the latest XviD4PSP, it should be able to automatically transfer the file for you.

Also, those who wants to play custom mp3s in-game, use this plugin prx:
IRshell mp3

Download the plugin and put it under:
MSROOT:\seplugins\irshellmp3.prx

Then remember to enable it in the recovery menu for it to work ^^
I've not tried Irshell mp3 myself, but my friend is using it and it works fine. i prefer slotting another MS into my W850i and listening to my mp3s there ahahaha
