any way to restore to official firmware after 3rd party firmware flash?

Possible if you have the malaysia stock firmware file, which can't be found anywhere. You can backup the original CFE if you flashed modified stock firmware with telnet enabled. Writing the backup to the flash is another matter. Possible but not feasible. If stock firmware is important for you, do not flash the 3rd party firmware. There is no readily available tool or files for you to flash back to malaysia stock firmware.

Finally, I managed to flash my WS880 with Xwrt-Vortex firmware.
