Does anyone know how to contact flexx mobile dot com? They don't have FB page, website etc. doh.gif A whatsapp number would be very helpful!

usually you don't even need an invoice for warranty claim,
just called to the service centre and provide your imei number, if the imei is found under the system, den you're clear to go

Not in my case.. Eventhough my imei is in their system, they still ask for the invoive/receipt when I try to claim warranty for my RN3
Maybe your case is only applicable if it is Thorus Set or buy directly from xiaomi website/shop.
