second question..how to change the OTP ( one transaction password)? i tried to used debit card. after visa verification , it ask me to put OTP number sent to my mobile phone. But the phone number show is my old number..how to change it? need to go to bank branch? i already change my tac number to my latest mobile phone number..or im missing something here?

Another way is open a savings acc with scb and get their debit card. Can use the debit card for 25scb code.

recently gemfive is on rampant voiding ur item if u post 2 or more items to same postage address

please be very aware even tho u are using different credit cards to purchase as long as it's post to same address

they do not care the reason u provide

and they do charge 2% for the item they void . I have take legal action on this for their risk department / finance department and forward this to BNM for further action. A police report have also been lodged because my friend kena this.. pity my friend cause she bought item >3k and kena void 2%..

anyway, i will still proceed with legal action because of their rampant crazy insane attitude / behaviors

Walao G5 is so crazy. Luckily I only have one account with them and I don't plan to buy more items from them. 11st and Lazada are much better in price.

If they not allow ppl to create dupe account and send to same address, during registration time or before order placed, they should block ur paymeent with their "advance fraud prevention" system.. It is not right to void ppl purchase with 2% fee.. The 2% fee is ridiculous.
For same address issue, if ppl send to office building, I'm sure the office might have many different users who would like to send to office for online purchase, if they void based on address, I don't think it is smart system.
Anyway, GEMFIVE will not be as famous as lazada with this kind of business way. N in fact I don feel secure to place order with this kind of stupid rule..
