Not in my case.. Eventhough my imei is in their system, they still ask for the invoive/receipt when I try to claim warranty for my RN3
Maybe your case is only applicable if it is Thorus Set or buy directly from xiaomi website/shop.

Bought Samsung TV from gemfive before.
No problems with quality and postage are all good.
For warranty can either register directly online or use the warranty card given in the box. thumbsup.gif

The shop name was eSHOP. It is based in Perak if im not mistaken based on their postage details.
