Bought LG V10 from 11street. At least I bought something from them. Now no more. Price marked up, voucher limited. They try to get new customer but registration sucks, need to register with unique phone number. Some voucher need confirmation with phone number too. Damn, 11street sucks.

You just need to reject their refund via Store Credit, and ask to refund via how you paid.
They will process it, they can't do that without your approval. That's all.
