Well, you can always question them back. If you have fulfilled their requirement of 120k per annum, there's no reason for them to downgrade you to just a VS. If I were you, I will definitely pursue this case.

I wonder what's going on with ambank spot 8 contest. I got RM7.60 in September but nothing at all for October. Puzzling. So hard to get 8 but I only got RM7.60 out of a couple of receipts with 8.

I spot a lot of single 8 in the receipts, yet receive nothing. There is 2k Cap for each period. If cant get the rebate, hopefully can win the 10k credit. Cross finger.
