does online payment via payonline consider 1 swipe each time? i'm using my vs card for online bill payment only, so not sure whether it is eligible for waives with 12 swipes?

Got new card... changed pin easily.
My supp card... cannot do thru phone.. have to go to branch... due to their system Drop by the branch today, took a number.. 22 ppl infront of me... waited 15 minutes.. the number DIDNT MOVE.... screw that... will try again next week otherwise throw away the supp card.. |

i applied public visa signature via ringgit plus 2 weeks ago, the bank call me yesterday and asked if i have PTPTN settlement letter. I have outstanding but i am not blacklisted, not sure if the bank will issue me the credit card
anyone experience this before? |
