almost all are discounted price, iinm only 1 seller include discount into bill amount (i.e. you pay shopee rm50, bill payment is rm50.50)

Payonline just add bills in RM50 denominations, will come out separate TAC so should be counted as separate (that's what WISE users used to do).

what "monthly quota" are you referring?

Quota Rm50, so the transactions is RM833.33. after that - each RM changes to points or nothing at all, for groceries, online and dining?

no points will be given if spending within cb categories. if outside of cb categories, e.g. buy furniture from Ikea, you would get VIP points.
