- 6% cb for principal & supp (posted on stmt date for spending in the same stmt)
- 0% BT (fast and non-nonsense approval process, experienced upto 97% CL)
- 0% ziip (zero interest installment plan) upto 36month (cb on every installments!!)
- 0% 12mth flexipay (now revised down to 9mth)
- cb promo (relatively high hit rate)
- fast stmt (uploaded the next day of stmt date)

I hit all the weekly (except 1 week) in the previous save more cb promo.
Was surprise for not getting wk1 cb.
Done slightly above 1k for the last 4wk mostly by monday noon on online shopping portal and unifi bill via payonline.
Even exclude unifi shd still qualify.
Din hv time to draft the email yet as need to collect all evidences.

I have major arguement with pbb in the previous cb promo where overlap promo causing lots of confusion and issues. Spent substantial time on calls and providing transaction timestamp in sms and online shopping portal... until they kinda giving in and asked me which promo cb I want, as I was qualified for both. Of course I chose the weekly one that yield more total cb.
Not sure what's wrong this time....
Hope they hv diff batches of cb, but it is not pbb's style...

That is good info, at least there is a timestamp everyone can check against. Good that pbb actually giving out this kind of info. I would thought they will keep it within them for their benefit of the deadly usual tnc of 'the decision of the bank is final.'

Thank for info. That brought me to check back my transactions. Sorry for miss info. I actually did not participated week 1. I hv max out my quota for my last cb cycle before 3Oct. My stmt date is 10th. So I started for this promo from week2. I transacted on the 10th morning. I got rm50 for week2 (posted in my unbill), and the best part was, these transactions posted the next day which go into my next stmt cycle and qualify for next cycle 6%. Best timing. Hahaha.
Ok, so no need to email pbb on my week1.

Just to share my week2 consists of online purchases and paying unifi via uob payonline. And both qualified for this promo. Then I feel at ease for week3 to 5. Just wait for pbb to release the cb.

Hi all, I got a special situation here regarding week7 1mil CB promo...

I swiped total rm1003 on 14th Nov, Monday. All was perfect untill.... I got a refund of rm30 from Lazada on 16th Nov, Wednesday from my last month purchases. Douh!

I wonder how PBB going to qualify my total purchases for the week. Rm1003 or rm973? What is more complicated when the quota is fully taken by 15th Nov, Tuesday? Hmm...
I'm thinking to swipe another rm30 today to cover back the shortfall. Not sure will it help?

I didn't call PBB CS yet. But I wonder even CS know the answer, let alone I shd believe their replies.

Yes, I can confirmed that. For the same seller can use same cc twice only. I switched to use supp card, also twice per cc. So 1 main and 1 supp can swipe max 4x for the same seller. There is an error msg from the platform say to prevent this.
