Cukur, all my GPU never spoilt....only 1 time many years ago, bought what cheap plak brand "Eagle", immediately go home, immediately KO on DOA.

XFX, Galax and Sapphire all have local distributor.

strange, maybe JW Powers RMA is not as bad as buildtech? afaik Sapphire is top tier for AMD like EVGA is for Nvidia, or maybe that applies only to outside Msia??

no brand is safe from such thing, if you are bad luck it can happen

now i decline their offer, so they will go back to warranty department and...i have no idea..so wait again what they gonna decide to do

what i come across was....if the production line of such model have been stop and is unable to fix

most manufacturer will replace the almost same or equivalent of the product

what i heard from you....it is absurd, having me to pay for the new is ridiculous. i might give them a middle finger and also tell them what the f*** is warranty fo,r if you had me to pay for a new card.

yup. I RMAed my 6870 toxic 2 times. The 2nd time they gave me 7850oc instead coz 6870 toxic eol.

and last year I RMAed 280x and 290 tri x without any issue. all done with viewnet

And OMG. That derivation of refund value is an utter BS. Products sold with warranty are guaranteed to function as advertised within the warranty time frame. We BUY the product, we are NOT RENTING it. You can't just calculate a refund like that. It's not fair to us consumers.

Build tech is just another BS cinapek company. Shame. Will avoid it next time.

Bought a Sapphire 390 back in March'16. Better sell it asap right after Vega/Navi releases.
