need help from you guys. I had 3 dead XFX GC need to RMA back. But the shop that I buy the GC already close down. had to find the distributor to send back for RMA. Hope someone can help me

find out where distributor is, then directly RMA there

if can't then find shops that can help u RMA for some fees

already try but they said need to claim from where I buy it. the problem is that the shop that I but it already bankrupt. by the way, I lived at penang

Just don't send the GPU back to the reseller for RMA
But instead send it directly to the distributor, Achieva Technology

Achieva RMA turnaround process is fast. Usually within 1 ~ 2 weeks, you'll get a replacement unit
Sent 3 PowerColor GPU to Achieva in the past

Watch out for 1 year warranty though. Some of their products has only 1 year warranty. I would avoid it.
