I see the problem. You are referring to older Honda models. In the new Civic, the tree symbol only comes on when you activate the ECON mode. The tree symbol is no longer the economical driving indicator. This has been replaced by the color bar at the top of the speedometer display.

OK, maybe i am wrong.

Yesterday i wrote an email to HM new CEO (Mr. Katsuto Hayashi), in 2-3hrs, HM customer executive (who name Arif) called me, to check with me about my case as my civic's font and rear passenger floor moldy, smelly and still wet even under the sun so many days! I think they will call me again very soon.

Good to know. Hope you got it sorted out as soon as possible.

I assume that you have went through the normal channels before this and got ignored?

TS, I think its a good time to also start a defects log? Keep track of common issues and resolution for existing and new buyers to look out for

Yeah, I also mentioned that from day 1. But what I did was to do move the balance to the front speakers, still lacking, but not so bad now.
