Guys. Any of u have this issue?

When browse website/watch YouTube, definitely it loads for 5 seconds (or even longer bit for any websites) before it actually loads finish?

This only happens to my mobile. My desktop seems not affected.

I have no such issue when I at my sis home (hers Huawei router, 30mbps too).

What router you using? If its dual band, make sure both 2.4GHz and 5GHz SSID is different..

My Unifi was down since yesterday morning. Only recovered this morning.

AA
I am in Bintulu, Any one knows the reason for the failure? Heard there were some Unifi issues in Selangor and Miri yesterday.

BB
Can one claim for fee deduction for the outage? Not the money I am after but the annoyance it created when we could not check this and that on the net.

Thanks.

Hi, anyone stay in condo encountered same problem with me? I wanted to install Unifi last weekend.. Inside my unit, there is a port socket.. Suppose linked to 'Port Room', TM contractor came to check, he said there is no wire inside the port socket.

He told me the port wire is pulled & done by management side. But I just called my management and asked, they said is done by TM contractor.. I am confused.. Applied for 3 weeks already, not yet complete the installation

Report to MCMC is the best way to solve your problem.

Just got my Unifi router replaced from L7 network old router to Dir-850l, the past few days my internet was so slow and keep disconnecting, called 100 and they reset the port also the same problem. The technician came this morning and replaced the router.

Everything seems to be ok now, no more DC, was told that since I upgraded from 10 mbps to 30 mbps, I was entitled to 1 year hardware warranty on my router thus entitled to be replaced with a new one, yeay!

I think I'm having the same problem like you. They replaced my RG4332 router with RG4400 and this issue kicks in. What router model that they give to you?

The telephone line from your apartment and to the mdf room (port room) is supposed to be done by your developer when they built the building. If it's still under warranty, please call developer. otherwise you need to speak to your management.

It could also be possible that all your developer did was provide the empty conduit for fibre optic installation. Then unifi may count it as "internal wiring" and you have to pay for wiring past 15m.

TM called me today to upgrade to 30mbps pckg for Rm179 and contract is 2 years. After 2 years revert to orig price of RM199. I asked about the free upgrade to 10mbps he said no such promo. Maybe coz i have only been on 5 mbps pckg for 10 months. I agreed to upgrade. Lets see if its the right decision.
