Is there any increase of your credit amount? Or check from your transactiom history.

No increase credit amount in my transaction history

Mean I'm not eligible to get incentive...

If not mistaken there are some requirements for us to get the incentive right.... My acceptance rate less than 90% and no KLIA trip

acceptance must be 90% and above
rating must be 4.4 and above
cancellation must be 10% and below
pick up 50% at CSA

above 4 need to aware for incentive earner

Guys so I was in another driver's grabcar today, was talking. He does ft, I do pt. He said that most of his part time friends, they don't give a shit about acceptance rate and don't aim for incentive. They aim for long trips. So the question is, is his suggestion that as a part timer I should aim for worthwhile trips over incentives? Will grab punish me for acceptance rate? As far as I know they are only bothered if I want incentive, and they only punish for cancellation rate.

But IMO i think incentive is much more easier to earn than long trip.

Janji u are online on the particular hour and pick up client. U will get the incentive as promised. U can projected ur income weekly.

For his opinion u only aim for long trip. How many long trip u can projected in a week? I think he dont want u to drive on peak hour. Compete and knock off his competitor.

They would not punish you for low acceptance rate, but it may different if it is high cancellation rate.

If dun feel want the incentive then then go for long trip, reject those short trip.

With now the promotion off RM5, there is a lot demands for driver to grab...

I m PT driver. Last time I cancel some short trip and did not aim for incentive. But last time easy to get long trip too and the incentive is only good for short trip. And my location is not CSA. I drive on non busy hour

Now I aim incentive because it is good and easier for me to hit compare with last time. I only drive on busy hour. Less driving time but more income.
