Can swim, but not very very good. I learn by myself one...
normally I swim at Kelana Jaya..... u can join no problem...
Beginner no need coach one,, just swim and see ... after that u can look for a coach...

swimming can learn by urself if u got interest and patient. if got coach then is better la, but do bear in mind that usually they charge u 50 (at least) per hour. if u bring more pipu then he charge higher but after divide into student of course it become cheaper. but then u hardly interact v the coach when he teach many pipu concurrently. starting I think u need some company to start it out.

Yea, I also learn swimming by myself. Swimming is like learn how to cycle, u need to "catch" the feel how to balance yourself. Swimming also need the balancing, reduce drag by maintain body position.

I learn a lot from youtube with the sear title "total immersion" swimming video. It's so helpful!!! Provide all type of information how to swim correctly and effectively. Starting might need a lot of the effort to learn, but now I am able to swim 2km freestyle non stop, all is learning from the video.

I'm a student there.. been there 2months + so far so good.. my 50m lap time reduce from 60 sec to 45 sec..
