QUOTE(angelfmheaven @ Apr 12 2012, 05:36 PM) i dun stay in cheras but i found 1 coach staying in cheras..wanna learn fm her... swimming can learn by urself if u got interest and patient. if got coach then is better la, but do bear in mind that usually they charge u 50 (at least) per hour. if u bring more pipu then he charge higher but after divide into student of course it become cheaper. but then u hardly interact v the coach when he teach many pipu concurrently. starting I think u need some company to start it out.Where u usually swim wor? U noe how to swim r? |

yesterday ayam swimming at the pool. at 1 time idling for a while due to observing some other pro swim efficient front crawl. then I try to imitate him extending the arm to maximum (this was done after idling for a while) then all of sudden I feel excruciating pain on my lower part of my leg, not foot. I guess it was cramp. thankfully it was 1.2m and I can still stand v a leg in bend position (due to the cramp can't stretch). why this happen? is it because of the water is cold (after rain yesterday) and it cold down my muscle and sudden motion cause it cramp?
