U bring me go... can not?? member bring 1 fren also need to pay???

yesterday ayam swimming at the pool. at 1 time idling for a while due to observing some other pro swim efficient front crawl. then I try to imitate him extending the arm to maximum (this was done after idling for a while) then all of sudden I feel excruciating pain on my lower part of my leg, not foot. I guess it was cramp. thankfully it was 1.2m and I can still stand v a leg in bend position (due to the cramp can't stretch). why this happen? is it because of the water is cold (after rain yesterday) and it cold down my muscle and sudden motion cause it cramp?

elo..i say non member nid to pay.. around 6-10 plus i think..

requires some shoulder flexibility to do full extension, you hips gotta rotate and and you must "elongate" your body to reach futher

I heard any club u can bring a pipu go at some cost per entry right? been go to sd club before to have lunch, saw they provide towel service. that 1 for visitor also can ar?

u pro? when wanna swim together and correct my stroke? swimming in group can learn from one another, can also tend to talk much and swim less.
