any goggles got built-in eyesight help for those wearing spectacles? or for those on spectacles, how u guys see underwater or around the swimming pool?

i know there there are goggles that have built-in eyesight help ... but not sure about the price ...

There are optical goggles available for short-sighted swimmers. Brands like Spurt (tinted & non-tinted) & Swan (tinted only). Available at most places that sell swim gear.

They go for RM50 or 60 only.

the problem for me is those optical goggles usually comes in small sizes tht does not fit me sad.gif

ya bcuz the normal ones are already too small for me

i wear those mask-like goggles, only those can fit me....

Anyone know where I can buy shampoo that is for after swimming. The chlorine in the swimming is slowly killing my hair...

i never heard b4 of a shampoo that is specially designed for washing off chlorine, but how abt u buy a water proof swimming cap?

I've heard of shampoo for swimmers to use, but I can't remember what.

there is no shampoo special for swimmer if u don't wan the chlorine to effect your hair just use a swimming cap

I'm sure there is shampoo specially for swimmers. I've used it before long ago, but that is my friend's shampoo. Now, I cant find it at Guardian/Watson, and my friend also dont know where got sell. I think the name of the shampoo is something like "AquaSwim".

anyone here belongs to Club Swimming Pool.
Im thinkin of club swimming pool in holiday villa , kota permai and sunway.

sunway pool seems to be a bit smaller.
