ipod dont have waterprove version but it do have waterprove pouch
yea mostly saw ppl use swimcap and goggles ... or float sometimes.... |

there is no shampoo special for swimmer if u don't wan the chlorine to effect your hair just use a swimming cap

i think better for u to get hydrogear waterproof arm pouch and waterproof earphone then u can put your phone into the pouch and bring along when swimming ~
